What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
April Showers Bring May Flowers!
I understand that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly, and I aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. For photography sessions, I require a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation. However, if the need to reschedule arises due to weather conditions, I can often fit in a session on a different day of the same week. The $100 deposit will remain on file as a credit to your account if you reschedule within one year from the original session date, ensuring that you don't lose your deposit while giving you flexibility in planning.
When it comes to weddings, a $500 deposit is required to secure your date, and this deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a mandatory evacuation caused by a hurricane. If you need to reschedule your wedding, I will gladly transfer the deposit credit to your new date, provided the wedding is rescheduled within one year of the original date and I am available on the new date. My goal is to ensure that your special day goes off without a hitch, even in the face of unexpected changes.
By outlining these policies, I hope to provide you with peace of mind as we navigate the planning process together. Your satisfaction and the success of your event are my top priorities, and I am committed to working with you to create beautiful, lasting memories.
